Ben has a reputation for creativity and has solved problems through mediation, transactions and litigation. He brings deep and unique perspectives, having personally developed residential and commercial projects. Ben has also served as an expert witness in litigation. After clerking for the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Virginia, Ben practiced with the Fairfax firm of Blankingship & Keith, P.C., working alongside a number of lawyers recognized as elite in their fields. In 2002, he joined Bill Atwill and William C. Mims to form Mims, Atwill & Leigh, P.C., which now exists as Troxell Leigh, P.C.
